Shipping & returns
Delivery
Catacare BV aim to process your order as soon as possible. Generally we process orders placed on a working day before 12.00hrs on that day. However, during busy periods your order may not be processed until the next working day after it was placed. Delivery time for 'in stock' items depends on the destination country. For Europe, you can count between 3 to 5 business working days from receipt of order. However, it should be noted that occasionally our couriers experience operational difficulties and therefore this is not a guaranteed service.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost will be visible during checkout process.
We use Bpost and DHL as our transport companies for deliveries.
The shipping rates are
For Belgium:
7.5€ for packages between 0 and 10 kg
12.5€ for packages between 10 and 30kg
For neighbour countries (Germany, France, Netherlands and Luxemburg)
17.50€ for packages between 0 and 10 kg
40€ for packages between 10 and 30 kg
To other EU countries
34€ for packages between 0 and 5 kg
51€ for packages between 5 and 10 kg
81€ for packages between 10 and 20 kg
105€ for packages between 20 and 30 kg
Cancellation period
Customers have the right to cancel any order for stock items up to 14 working days after the day the goods were delivered. Cancellation must be given in writing by letter or email. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to Catacare BV at their own expense. Catacare BV will refund the goods from the order within 30 days of cancellation. The goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and fit for re-sale within 30 days from the cancellation. Failure to return them will mean that the customer is charged for them.
